A matcha bowl shaped around the whisk. Made by ORIGAMI. The rounded bottom lets the chasen move freely, so the tea comes together into a fine, soft foam. The rim curves gently inward, catching liquid as you whisk and sending it back into the bowl rather than over the edge. One side tapers into a pouring lip, which makes it just as useful for a quick koicha base or a matcha latte as for a slow morning bowl.
The bowl is made from Listone, a stone-inspired porcelain developed for everyday durability, and finished in a warm matte glaze. It sits somewhere between the quiet of a tea room and the hand of a studio potter.
