Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered! If something's not quite right, we're happy to help.

You have 14 days from delivery (or pickup) to start a return. To qualify, your item needs to be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original, unopened packaging (tags and protective film still on)
  • Accompanied by your order number and name

Note: We do our best to be fair, but our team makes the final call on whether an item qualifies.

What Can't Be Returned

A few things are final sale:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Anything opened or used
  • Pens, pencils, and brush pens (once a fountain pen is inked, it can't be returned — but let us know if you think there's a defect!)
  • Gift cards
  • Workshop or event registrations (see our Workshop FAQ)

How to Return Something

  1. Email us at support@chaptertwogoods.com with your order number and why you're returning it.
  2. Wait for the okay — we'll confirm you're good to send it back before you ship anything.
  3. Pack it up and send it in. Returns over $75 should be sent with tracking or insurance, just in case.

Shipping costs: Original shipping isn't refundable, and return shipping is on you — unless the hiccup was our fault. Want it easier? Ask us for a prepaid label and we'll just subtract the cost from your refund.

Getting Refunded

Once your return arrives, we'll take a look and email you an update. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

We reserve direct swaps for damaged or defective items. Want something different instead? Just reach out — we're happy to help you find the right fit.

Something Arrived Wrong or Damaged?

So sorry about that! Email us at support@chaptertwogoods.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll cover shipping and get you a replacement or full refund, fast.

Returning a Gift

  • Shipped to you and marked as a gift? You'll get store credit once we process it.
  • Not marked as a gift, or shipped to the buyer first? The refund goes back to the original payment method.
