Order Processing
We carefully pack and ship all orders within 2 to 3 business days (we take weekends and federal holidays off to recharge!).
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times. The shipping speed you choose at checkout starts after your package leaves our hands. Once you place your order, you will get an automated confirmation email. When your items are packed and out the door, we will send a final email with your tracking info so you know exactly when to expect your package.
Domestic Shipping & Delays
Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of your package. We will calculate the exact shipping cost for you at checkout before you pay.
You can choose between USPS Ground Advantage (usually 2–7 business days depending on where you live) or USPS Priority Mail (usually 2–3 business days). Please keep in mind that delivery times are just estimates—USPS does not guarantee them, and shipping delays can sometimes happen.
Domestic Taxes
For all orders shipped within California, a 7.25% state sales tax applies. Because we also operate locally out of Orange County, OC residents will see an adjusted local sales tax rate applied at checkout. If you are ordering from outside of California, no sales tax is required until further notice.
